- HTTPS, redirects or DNS records are blocking launch
- Stripe or another hosted checkout is configured but cannot complete a live test
- A recent platform or domain change left one clear launch blocker

FAQ
Before you commit
Do I pay before you know whether the issue fits?
No. The 20-minute preflight is free. I confirm the defined blocker, access requirements and likely fit before issuing the fixed invoice.
Will you need my password?
Preferably not. Use provider team access, delegated access or a customer-controlled screen-share where available. Never send passwords or payment-card details through the website contact form.
What if a provider review delays the launch?
I document the completed work and the exact provider action still required. Waiting for a registrar, payment provider or platform review does not consume open-ended delivery time.
What happens if the problem is larger than three hours?
I stop before exceeding the cap, explain what was found and quote any sensible next step separately. You are not committed to further work.
Start with the exact error or broken step
Send the platform names, what should happen, and what happens instead. Do not send passwords, API keys or payment-card details.
